      Choosing the Right Conference Type

      When creating your conference, you will have the option to set it to Open Schedule, Track Restricted, or Session Schedule Enabled. 

      • Open Schedule

        • In an open schedule conference, all available sessions will show on you and your attendee's schedules. 
        • An open conference also requires attendees to register for sessions. 

      • Track Restricted

        • In a track restricted conference, all available sessions will show on you and your attendee's schedules.
        • No registration is required to attend a fixed conference. 
        • A conference level session also shows up on all tracks. 

      • Session Schedule Enabled

        • In order to create a session schedule enabled conference, the conference must first be set to Open Schedule. 
        • In a session schedule enabled conference, no sessions show on attendee schedules until attendees register for them or the "Show on personalized schedule" box is checked. 
        • A conference level session also shows up on all tracks.
